Fighting Two Wars...

This was the mistake George Bush did.
Now, Obama did the same mistake.

First, George Bush went to Afganistan.
But the job was not over.
The war in Afganistan still continues.

Meanwhile, George Bush started the war on IRAQ.

Now, Obama also in the same situation.

The war with Hillary was not over yet.
Meanwhile, Obama had to start another war
against McCain-Palin team.

So Obama is fighting two wars.

Obama should have completed the Hillary war.

It is still hanging.
It does not demonstrate his skill in decision making.
Obama could not make a decision on Hillary.

His indecision confuses people.

Let us see, what Hillary would have done,
had she won the democratic nomination.

Hillary would have made an immediate decision;
to keep Obama in her team or not.

If Hillary is self-confident,
she would have told Obama to quit and
stay at home, just like all other candidates.

Party Unity - Hillary can handle it.

If Hillary takes Obama or any others help
to unite the party - it shows that
Hillary is a very weak leader.

Only Leaders who can not stand on their own leg
seek for others help.

Once you are elected, then you have a bigger task
to unite the nation, as the President of America.

These are all small tests on Leadership qualities.

Hillay would have a meeting with all the Obama supporters
and have a discussion to bring them on board.

If Hillary is not comfortable to have Obama as VP,
she might have picked up another african american leader as VP.

With these, Hillary would have finished the first war.

Now Hillary has the united party on her side.
With that strength, Hillary is prepared
to face the war with McCain-Palin team.

Obama couldn't make decisions.

Obama still not completed the war with Hillary.

Obama has not yet demonstrated his Leadership qualities.

Peter Drucker says:

Making good decisions is a crucial skill at every level.

Obama has not yet demonstrated the decision making skill.
The only decision so far Obama made is - Joe Biden.

Joe Biden had not energized
either his party or the American People.

So that decision is not very impressive.

Peter Drucker also says:

Management is doing things right;
Leadership is doing the right things.

Obama does have the Management skills;
But Obama's Leadership qualities are not proven yet.

At this moment, every action counts.

Change in talking is not going to help;
Change in Action may help.

Change the VP;
Request Joe Biden to quit;
Bring Hillary back.
Or find a democratic Palin and make your VP.

That is a change.
That is a very big Change.

That is the reason Rudy Giuliani made that comment,
to make sure that you don't change
your VP after seeing their VP.

"If I were Joe Biden,
I will ask for the VP thing in writing".

That is Change in Action.

While we are on the road,
we change the speed, direction
based on the current road conditions.

That is Change; Real Change.
