Organization vs Leadership
Organization vs Leadership?
Hitler came to power - by building a strong Organization
Churchill came to power - by his Character and Leadership qualities.

George Washington reached the top by his Character
and by his Leadership qualities.

George Washington did not build any Organization.
In fact, George Washington was against political organizations.

Gandhi reached the top by his Character and
by his Leadership qualities.

Gandhi did not build any Organization.
In fact, he quit the Indian National Congress
and suggested to dissolve it.

Winston Churchill reached the top by his Character
and by his Leadership qualities.

But Hitler reached the top by building a strong organization.

When you built an organization, it became a shelter.
People are inclined to join the organization and become a part of it.

In general, people feel safe, comfortable and secure
when they are part of an organization.

Organization offers its members a position and function too.

Organization builds the Hierarchy.

Organization creates a Command and Control structure.

In any organization, people lose their rights to think and act.

Free thinking doesn't exist in any organization.

In organization, People need to listen to their manager
and execute manager's command. No Free Thinking.

Organization takes away the Freedom.

When people lose their Freedom, they became Slaves.

Then they may realize the fact is - Organization is a Cage.

In the rest of the world, Politicians build organizations
at the grass root level.

Politicians constantly brain wash their organization members
and motivate them to work for their victory.

Once the election is over, you can not dissolve the organization.

Now that their leader is in Power, the organization continues
to get the flow of capital for its survival.

The grass root organizations become a local power center.

People tend to bribe the local organization leader
to achieve a greater result at the federal level.

Whether they are a President or Prime Minister, they have to yield
to the pressure of the local organization leaders.

Naturally, the local organization leaders would blackmail the President
that it is because of their hard work, he/she is in power now.

So the fact is, the nation gets a weak President.

But here in America, most of the Politicians build Character
and Leadership qualities.

Democracy doesn't guarantee you Freedom.

It is the way, how you practice Democracy - is very important.

When People enjoy Freedom - they think and act with intelligence.
Intelligence brings Order in the Society.

When People got into Organizations, they lose Freedom.
They became slaves and stop thinking.
They listen and execute the order.
People do not apply intelligence.
When there is no Intelligence, then there will be chaos.

In this modern world, Osama-bin-laden builds an organization.
In his organization, members are there. They do have hierarchy.
No free thinking; Listen to the leaders command and execute it.
No Free thinking means No Intelligence.
Then there will be chaos.

Now, Obama built a strong organization across this nation.

Obama can not dissolve these organizations, even after the elections.

Even if Obama wins this election, the local organizations
will continue to function. This time they may start working
for Obama's reelection in 2012.

It is very important for Obama to dissolve the Organization
he built for the last two years.

Whether Obama won or lost, he had to dissolve it.

Otherwise, it will be a liability to America.

Likewise, Hillary Sent Me.

Would Obama say, Hillary Sent Me to White House?

But many Senators may say that, Hillary Sent Me to the Senate.

Then those Senators can not work independently.

They need to report to Hillary.

Why do you need to build a new organization called HillPac?

Senators should always feel, think and say that,
People Sent Me to Senate.

Organizations are evil; Don't start a fresh one.

We have enough chaos. You don't need to add another one.

Just enjoy the Freedom. Freedom is Beautiful.

Democracy - of the Politicians; by the Politicians; for the Politicians.
Democracy without any Political Parties & their Factions.
Democracy - of the People; by the People; for the People.
