John Edwards help was needed to win a few primaries against Hillary.

John Edwards did help Obama to win those primaries.

Since John helped, Obama had to give Edwards the VP.

John Edwards had already been the VP candidate with Kerry.

If John Edwards was the running mate,
he would take away all the focus, just like Sarah Palin.

If you don't give VP to Edwards, you may lose Edwards supporters.

Best tactics is: Leak out the affairs story and eliminate John Edwards.
