Leadership takes the Nation Forward

Others may take the Nation Backward

When you go for an interview,
you talk about your skill sets, strength,
your future plan and all about the future.

You don't say that,
the current manager in the job is not doing a good work;

you don't spend your total energy on criticizing the current manager;
you don't try to win the position, based on
the current manager's bad performances.

The current manager's bad performances is the past.

You don't say that, the current manager's
bad performances are your strength.

So, everyone knows about Bush's performances.

If criticism is the measurement of leadership qualities,
then Michael Moore is the right candidate for the President.

So, you don't try to gain your strength on that alone.

So, Obama's statement:
Eight years of failed policy run by Bush; supported by McCain.

That doesn't demonstrate the Leadership qualities.

Talking about Bush is all about taking nation Backward.

You talk about you.

Somehow, you always vote for the past.

The current election is all about past performances.

The current election is all about reward or punishment
for the past performances.

In 2000, Al Gore was punished for Clinton's mistakes.
Now, John McCain is linked to Bush.

So, you always go back to the past;
That is, Going Backward.

Is this a defect in the Constitution.

No, it is a defect in the Political System.

How to fix this defect?

so that, in future, let the current election is all about
current candidates and not about the past performances.

Let us have a fresh look at the Constitution.

Constitution is not about two party system.

It is all about, Electing the President from the People.

So, get rid of those expensive primaries and
remove both cages, Republican and Democrats.

No Party is the best for Democracy.

Then the current election would be all about
the current candidates skill sets and leadership qualities.

That will take the nation, Forward.

That would be the system for,
Going Forward.
