IRAQ Railways offer Job, Status to the People

This is how the British built India.
The British built two main infrastructures to manage the country.
One is Railway; the other is Telegraph Communication.
The British sent its officers to India to manage the country.
There were only 700 officers to manage the big population.
Those officers were not Military; They were Knowledge Workers.
Winston Churchill did not want to go to India.
He wanted to gain experience in the war front. He knew that
the British were friendly with Indians and engaged in developing India.
But Winston Churchill’s mother was firm on sending Churchill only to India.
Later Churchill started enjoying the quite life in Bangalore.
Churchill could read a plenty of books. Those knowledge had been
the foundation for his political life.
Churchill took a four day train journey from Bangalore to Nowshera (Peshawar).
The important point is: India was almost completely connected with Railways.
All the cities were linked with railroads. Almost every town had a railway
station. The whole population had been traveling in trains.
Railways helped – People’s Mobility.
Most of the people enjoy watching the train moving through their town.
A few would like to travel a short distance, visiting the neighboring town.
Some may use the train to go to their college or to work.
Political leaders & civil services officers can go around the country.
Railways are like a blood lines for the country.
Railways also offer functions, job to the native people.
People need Function or Job and Status in the Society.
Jobs improve the economic condition of the individual and family.
Jobs also give status in the society.
Railways in India offered plenty of jobs to the native residents.
Many got jobs in building the infrastructure in the railways.
Some got technical jobs such as, drivers, lines man, etc.
Many got clerical jobs such as, ticket clerk, etc.
If you do not offer a job or function to the people,
those terrorist masters will offer plenty of job to the people
and convert people as their slaves.
So let us start with the Railways, in Rebuilding IRAQ.
Since Baghdad is burning most of the time, let us not start with Baghdad.
Let us start from the edge and move to the center.
Let us build Southern Railway from Basra to Baghdad.
Basra -> Nasiriyah -> Diwaniyah -> Najaf -> Karbala -> Fallujah -> Baghdad.
Let us build Northern Railway from Mosul to Baghdad.
Mosul -> Irbil -> Kirkuk -> Tikrit -> Baghdad.
When we start this work, we are taking IRAQ in the Direction of Development.
Those bad elements took IRAQ in the direction of destruction.
If you go after them then, you will also face failure and destruction.
If you start a new direction, the Direction of Development,
The bad elements can not follow and they will fail.
So, let us start the Southern Railways from Basra to Baghdad and
the Northern Railways from Mosul to Baghdad.
Railways integrate the country.
Railways integrate People.
People tend forget their divisions and start traveling together.
